CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY: At Anchored Aesthetics, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To best serve all of our clients and respect the time of our staff, we kindly ask that any cancellations or changes to your appointment be done at least 48 hours before the start of your appointment. Cancellations/Rescheduling less then 48 hours but more then 24 hours will incur a fee of 45%. Any changes made less then 24 hours will incur a fee of 90% APPOINTMENT MODIFICATIONS Any modifications to your scheduled appointment, including reducing or cancelling part of your booked services, is considered a cancellation and falls under our cancellation policy LATE POLICY: If you are late, your service will be adjusted to fit within your original appointment time. If you arrive more then 10 minutes late, you may need to be reschedule & be charged the above cancellation fee. Should your technician be able to accommodate you past the 10 minute mark, there is a $20 late fee per 15 minutes past your original start time SATISIFCATION GUARANTEE: We do not issue refunds on services but we are committed to ensuring you love your results. If you are not fully satisfied, you must reach out within 24 hours and come in for a complimentary touchup within 72 hours
